ForgeAI collects information needed to provide AI video creation, editing, scheduling, analytics, reporting, content optimization, and social media publishing features. This may include account information, uploaded content, generated content, connected platform data, usage activity, and analytics data.
ForgeAI only accesses Google user data after a user explicitly grants permission through the Google OAuth consent screen and authorizes the requested Google API scopes.
When a user connects a Google or YouTube account through Google OAuth, ForgeAI may access Google user data authorized by that user, including basic Google account information, YouTube channel information, video information, video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, publishing status, and YouTube analytics or performance metrics made available through authorized Google APIs.
ForgeAI may also securely store OAuth tokens and authorization credentials required to maintain the user-authorized connection to Google and YouTube services.
ForgeAI may access the following Google and YouTube user data when authorized by the user through Google OAuth and approved Google API scopes:
ForgeAI only accesses the specific Google and YouTube data authorized by the user through the Google OAuth consent screen and the permissions granted by the user. Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account settings.
ForgeAI uses Google user data only to provide user-requested functionality, including connecting YouTube accounts, uploading videos, scheduling and managing publishing, displaying channel information, retrieving analytics, generating performance insights, optimizing posting recommendations, and helping users improve content performance for their connected accounts.
ForgeAI may analyze YouTube analytics, engagement metrics, publishing results, and performance information to provide account-specific recommendations, scheduling decisions, content optimization suggestions, and automation features requested by the user.
ForgeAI uses analytics and performance data to provide account-specific recommendations and automation for the user who connected the account. ForgeAI does not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
ForgeAI does not sell Google user data. ForgeAI does not share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
Google user data may be processed by hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, database providers, storage providers, security providers, and other service providers that are necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and deliver ForgeAI services requested by the user. Such providers may only process data as needed to perform services on behalf of ForgeAI.
ForgeAI uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including encrypted HTTPS communications, access controls, secure storage practices, and restricted access to authorized systems. OAuth tokens and authorization credentials are stored only as needed to maintain connected platform functionality.
ForgeAI retains Google and YouTube user data only for as long as necessary to provide user-requested functionality, maintain an authorized account connection, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and operate and secure the platform.
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are retained only while needed to maintain the user's authorized Google or YouTube connection. If a user disconnects Google or YouTube from ForgeAI, revokes ForgeAI's Google authorization, or deletes the applicable ForgeAI account, ForgeAI will remove or invalidate stored OAuth credentials associated with that connection as soon as reasonably possible.
Where Google or YouTube API policies require stored authorized data to be refreshed or deleted within a particular period, ForgeAI will comply with those requirements. Where applicable, stored authorized Google or YouTube data that has not been refreshed as required will be refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days.
Users may revoke ForgeAI's access at any time through their Google Account connections or security settings.
Users may request deletion of stored Google-related data, YouTube-related data, OAuth credentials, connected-account data, and ForgeAI account data by emailing support@theforge-ai.com from the email address associated with their ForgeAI account.
After ForgeAI verifies a valid deletion request, ForgeAI will delete applicable Google and YouTube user data stored by ForgeAI as soon as reasonably possible and within 7 calendar days, except where retention is required by applicable law, security obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or another permitted legal requirement.
Deleting data stored by ForgeAI does not automatically delete content or data stored directly by Google or YouTube. Users must use the applicable Google or YouTube account controls when they also want data removed from those services.
Users can review or revoke ForgeAI's access through Google's security permissions page: Google Account permissions.
ForgeAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. ForgeAI uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible to and requested by the user. ForgeAI does not sell, transfer, or use Google user data for advertising purposes. ForgeAI does not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
ForgeAI may connect to third-party platforms including Google, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and other services authorized by the user. ForgeAI accesses, stores, processes, and uses platform data solely to provide user-requested features such as account connection, analytics, content creation, scheduling, optimization, publishing, reporting, and automation.
ForgeAI does not sell connected platform data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
