By accessing or using ForgeAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use ForgeAI.
ForgeAI provides AI-powered content creation, editing, scheduling, analytics, optimization, and social media publishing tools for creators, businesses, and agencies.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login credentials, connected platform accounts, uploaded assets, generated content, and publishing activity.
You retain responsibility for content you upload, generate, edit, schedule, or publish through ForgeAI. You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use and publish such content.
ForgeAI may generate suggestions, captions, scripts, titles, descriptions, edits, analytics insights, schedules, and other content using automated systems. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing or relying on them.
ForgeAI may connect to third-party platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and other services when authorized by the user. You must comply with all applicable third-party terms, community guidelines, developer policies, advertising rules, and platform requirements.
When you use ForgeAI to schedule or publish content, you authorize ForgeAI to submit that content to the connected platform on your behalf. Platform availability, approval, processing time, display, reach, and publication success may depend on the third-party platform.
You may not use ForgeAI to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, publish deceptive or harmful content, distribute malware, spam users, manipulate platforms, or violate the rules of connected third-party services.
ForgeAI and its software, branding, design, systems, and technology are owned by ForgeAI or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ForgeAI technology to you.
If ForgeAI offers paid plans, fees, billing cycles, usage limits, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable plan details. You are responsible for fees associated with your selected plan or usage.
ForgeAI may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or services at any time. Third-party API changes may affect available functionality.
ForgeAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific publishing outcomes, platform approval, account growth, revenue, engagement, or performance results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, platform restrictions, account actions, or publishing failures.
We may suspend or terminate access to ForgeAI if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create legal risk, or violate connected platform policies.
Our Privacy Policy explains how ForgeAI collects, uses, stores, and protects user data, including data from connected third-party platforms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ForgeAI after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
